By initiating, participating in, and purchasing any of our courses offered through Council for Human Development (www.councilforhumandevelopment.org), Co-Create a Better World (www.cocreateabetterworld.org), Mindgym.Club (www.mindgym.club), and Consciousness-University (www.consciousness-university.org) the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accept the following terms:

Clause 1: Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Council for Human Development, Co-Create a Better World, Mindgym.Club or Consciousness-University be liable for any damages or consequences arising from the application of knowledge acquired during our training sessions.

Clause 2: Health Advisory
Our trainings are designed to enhance the client’s knowledge and understanding. They are not intended to replace medical or professional advice.

Clause 3: Client Accountability
The responsibility for implementing the techniques and methodologies taught belongs solely to the client. Our training centers cannot be held accountable for any misuse of the knowledge imparted.

Clause 4: Warranty Limitations
Enrollment in our trainings does not ensure any form of professional or financial success.

Clause 5: Content Updates
We regularly update our training content; however, we cannot guarantee that every detail is current, accurate, or comprehensive.

Clause 6: Emotional Considerations
Some training sessions may include concepts or exercises that could be emotionally challenging. We do not assume responsibility for any emotional or psychological effects stemming from participation in these trainings.

Clause 7: Access Limitations
The training centers are not liable for any inability to access our programs due to technical issues, whether internal or external.

Clause 8: Device Compatibility
We cannot assure that our trainings will be compatible with all devices or operating systems. Clients are encouraged to verify compatibility with their equipment prior to enrollment.

Clause 9: Internet Requirements
For all online trainings, it is the client’s responsibility to have a reliable internet connection. We do not accept liability for issues arising from insufficient connectivity.

Clause 10: Compliance with Enrollment Conditions
We reserve the right to deny access to our trainings to any client who
fails to comply with our terms and conditions or who has caused
disruption or trouble in the past.

Clause 11: Acknowledgment of Risks
By enrolling in a training program, the client acknowledges that participation is at their own risk.
